Processing Time

 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

 

Standard Shipping (US): $15.00 flat rate — 5 to 8 business days

 

Free Shipping: Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.

 

Shipment Tracking

 

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Shipping Destinations

 

We currently ship to all 50 US states.

 

Lost or Damaged Shipments

 

If you haven't received your order within 14 days after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at gmproductionsindh3@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
